OP&S Methodology
An OP&S training solution is one that has been rigorously planned, painlessly implemented and that your own team is fully equipped to deploy and manage into the future. To design the solution that is right for your company we follow a six phase process employing a methodology we call 'templatising'.
OP&S' methodology for delivering this Total Training Solution is, we believe, significantly more efficient, and therefore more cost effective than the usual approach taken by the training industry. This is because the whole solution is based on the assembly of constituent parts, or 'reusable learning objects'. Each of these objects is a discrete module that is built and tested in isolation and approved at modular level. This removes the inevitable time-wasting that results from the alternative, iterative methodologies. Any mid-project change to the final solution or addition to the project scope can be incorporated with minimal impact on work in progress.

- Skills Transfer Training - OP&S trains the in-house team in the use of the selected tools and templates to enable self-sufficiency for the long term.
- Implementation - Commissioning and installing a Learning Management System. OP&S has 3 systems to choose from, designed to suit different budgets and requirements.

- Evaluation - Modules are subjected to field testing on a significant number of learners, and feedback is collated. Collected data is interrogated to evaluate the adoption of the new learning methods.
- Updates and Maintenance - Changes in content and procedure inevitably means that existing modules need to be modified. OP&S provides you with the source code and assuming you purchased authoring tools at the production phase you are in a position to maintain courses in-house. The option of a maintenance agreement is available to cover OP&S updating your CBT on an ongoing basis.
